Matcha Mac Nut Energy Bites

3/4 cup macadamia nuts
1 tsp Matcha powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp golden flax meal
1/2 tsp coconut oil
3 dates
Dash sea salt

Add mac nuts, coconut, flax meal, dates, and matcha to bowl of food processor. Process until it resembles small to medium crumbs. Add coconut oil and salt and process until mixture sticks together. You can add a bit of water if mixture is dry, but go slow and a few drops at a time. Form into 1.5” balls and store in fridge or freezer.
